The next regional conference on the Mathematical Physics will be organized by IPM (Institute for studies in theoretical Physics and Mathematics) for 4 days, 3-6th May 2004, in Tehran - Iran.

This is the eleventh in a series of conference initiated by a group of physicists from Iran, Pakistan and Turkey. The last one was held in Tbilisi, Georgia in 2001.

The aim of this series of conferences is to encourage research in theoretical physics in the region and to facilitate their international contact. We expect lectures from the physicists both from the region and outside. In this year's conference, we hope to see more participation and activity from the young scientists and students in the region. To encourage more cooperation between them, all the invited participants are expected to give seminars on the subject of their research.

The subject of talks will cover a wide range of topics in theoretical physics including mathematical physics, conformal field theory, cosmology and gravitation, superstring theory, phenomenology of high energy physics, condensed matter physics, plasma physics, statistical physics and foundation of physics.
