Yasaman Farzan of IPM is chosen as the top physics researcher of the year in Iran

To promote and boost scientific research in the country, the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran annually organizes the national research festival week in the second week of December.
As a part of the programs of the week, distinguished researchers of the year in different scientific disciplines are introduced and awarded. Prof. Yasaman Farzan of school of physics has been chosen as the distinguished physics researcher of this year in Iran.
